Abstract

This article examines the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s evolving relationship with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and explores the prospects for future cooperation between the two sides. The study analyzes Saudi Arabia’s strategic interests in engaging with the SCO in the context of shifting global geopolitics, multipolarity, and the diversification of its foreign policy under Vision 2030. Particular attention is paid to political dialogue, economic cooperation, energy security, regional stability, and cultural exchange as key areas of interaction.
